THE VILLA
Villa with swimming pool: relax and entertainment for adults and children in Tuscan countryside. The Villa is located in the heart of the hills of Treggiaia, in Valdera. The small medieval village, built on a ridge, Treggiaia is an excellent starting point for excursions and cultural visits to the main cities of art in Tuscany, such as Pisa, Florence and Lucca or the many other locations that characterize the “Garden of Europe”. From the house, the terrace and in particular from the pool you can enjoy a spectacular view of the countryside and olive groves below and a fantastic view of the village as well. Hidden among the trees the shrine of Our Lady of Ripaia, a small church dating from the fourteenth century that dominates the hill on the north side, it’s just a few steps away, an idyllic and special place often chosen for the celebration of weddings. From the view sunsets are quite spectacular.
A spacious entrance and hall leading to the external covered terrace which gives access to the swimming pool in the garden, a spacious lounge with a central fireplace, a fully equipped Tuscan style kitchen,bedrooms, an open spaced loft, a tavern in the basement with a large fireplace, all distributed between three floors. From the rooms you have access directly to the outside, to the terrace. A large covered terrace which is an ideal place for morning wake-ups with good coffee, bread and jam or prepare to enjoy the taste and quality of Tuscan cuisine. The arches are a shaded area in which to relax or maybe meet to play ping – pong. The garden surrounding the house is full of blooming plants, fruit trees and olive trees. The fenced pool size 6 to 12, depth of 1,40 meters is located in the scenic area on the sides and is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and gazebos. At your disposal, there is a barbecue, private car park, three small beds for children from 0 to 3 years and high chairs.
